Responsive and Professional.

I’ve been using Heat Medics for the past 7 years. They’ve done my maintenance on my central unit, installed a new humidifier, installed a 1.5 ton AC unit over the year's and this February 26’ installed a new motor blower with a rapid response. I text them at midnight with my situation and they were here at 9:30a!! That’s service. I’ve dealt with 4 different employees and all had respect for property & ,knowledge of my repair needs with competitive prices.

I am completely satisfied with the response and technician (Jesus). He was very respectful of my home and explained everything thoroughly. Rectified my situation quickly and heat working again. Thank you Heat Medics Heating and Cooling.

Crew was very respectful and professional. I have an older home which created some obstacles, but they knew what they were doing and the results are great.

Greg has wonderful communication and customer service. He and his crew did all new furnace and duct work in our over 100 year old Chicago home remodel. Great quality work! I couldn't recommend him enough for new or existing HVAC work.

Woke up Saturday morning and furnace was out. Called 6 places. Greg from Heat Medics called back first had a young tech come out. Kid was polite and knowledgeable. Got it up and running within 30 mins or so. Alot of these things are electronic now days. Good to see they are finding good young talent and teaching them how to make it the right way. Cost 240 for the service call and fix. Thought it was a fair price. I saved Greg's number in my phone incase I need them again.

Greg was an outstanding communicator - responsive and friendly. We had a furnace in an industrial unit shut down right before this big cold front. Greg and Ken were able to come the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem promptly - fixed my thermostat on the spot and came back the next day to fix the furnace. They even let me borrow their ladder to make a repair of my own. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any hvac servicing residential or commercial!

I have to admit, I was very impressed with the level of concern for my no heat call tonight and how quickly the owner came out and explained the situation and at least got the heat up and running again. The owner took his time to show me everything he was doing and explained it in great depth so I now totally understand what is going on when the furnace gives me an error code and won't turn on. I really do appreciate you coming out tonight for me and your honesty. I would highly recommend this company for a furnace repair.

Just received my new furnace today. The service was great. The service men were very polite and considerate.

Exceptional as usual. Ken made sure to let me know what the problem was with my water heater and some solutions to hopefully prevent the issue from happening again. They are always prompt, kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Heat Medics!

Great service! Called Greg in the afternoon and he squeezed me in the next morning. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem with furnace right away and got me on my way. He even removed his shoes without being asked! Highly recommend this company.

Greg and his crew are true professionals. Attic addition on 100year old house. Worked with greg to come up with a solution to use mini splits for heat/ac. Very challenging job and came out great! Polite, punctual and always professional!
