great service at a very affordable price

We had an excellent experience with Heat Medics and highly recommend them. From the first call, Greg was very polite, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made everything easy right away. We were in a tough situation with another company scheduled for a much higher-priced installation, but Heat Medics came out the same morning I called. They truly saved the day with their fast response, honesty, and fair, transparent pricing. What stood out most was their integrity. They never tried to take advantage of the situation, and they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. They were polite and helpful throughout the whole process. The installation was also completed quickly and efficiently, and I felt very comfortable having them in our home throughout the process. I will absolutely use them for all future HVAC needs and will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

They came in and replaced my AC unit. They said it would take about 6 hours, but completed in about 4 hours. They were EXTREMELY good and completely cleaned up after themselves. I am proud of the crew that came here. After they finished They told me how to keep the unit clean and working to for the best results needed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work needed and I will always call them first and only the. Excellent and friendly people to call upon. And I will gladly recommend the whole company to anyone who askes.

Woke up Saturday morning and furnace was out. Called 6 places. Greg from Heat Medics called back first had a young tech come out. Kid was polite and knowledgeable. Got it up and running within 30 mins or so. Alot of these things are electronic now days. Good to see they are finding good young talent and teaching them how to make it the right way. Cost 240 for the service call and fix. Thought it was a fair price. I saved Greg's number in my phone incase I need them again.
