Woke up Saturday morning and furnace was out. Called 6 places. Greg from Heat Medics called back first had a young tech come out. Kid was polite and knowledgeable. Got it up and running within 30 mins or so. Alot of these things are electronic now days. Good to see they are finding good young talent and teaching them how to make it the right way. Cost 240 for the service call and fix. Thought it was a fair price. I saved Greg's number in my phone incase I need them again.

Ken was very polite and explained everything in detail. Came out at the last minute without hesitation. Definitely recommended. Will definitely call again if needed and for regular maintenance check ups on hvac systems. Don't hesitate call them!

Great service. We received a prior diagnosis on our air conditioner unit from another company and they said we needed a new AC unit. We decided to get a second look at it and received a recommendation to use The Heat Medics team. They gave us an honest diagnosis of the unit and fixed the issue without a full replacement. Would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs. They will be our first call moving forward.

I’ve been using Heat medics since they replaced my AC a few years ago and I have recommend them many times to my friends and family. They are trustworthy and that’s so important to me since I’m on a single fixed income. I also love how friendly, professional and on time they are. Ken and his team are our go to for any service for ducts, dryers and HVAC issues! They were able to get our 25 plus year model up and running with a tune up and fan replacement part - hoping we can get thru the summer but if not we will be calling them to install a brand new unit.
