Woke up Saturday morning and furnace was out. Called 6 places. Greg from Heat Medics called back first had a young tech come out. Kid was polite and knowledgeable. Got it up and running within 30 mins or so. Alot of these things are electronic now days. Good to see they are finding good young talent and teaching them how to make it the right way. Cost 240 for the service call and fix. Thought it was a fair price. I saved Greg's number in my phone incase I need them again.

Great service. We received a prior diagnosis on our air conditioner unit from another company and they said we needed a new AC unit. We decided to get a second look at it and received a recommendation to use The Heat Medics team. They gave us an honest diagnosis of the unit and fixed the issue without a full replacement. Would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs. They will be our first call moving forward.
